A general note on ATIT Entrance Examination

The ATIT 2015 is the admission test for the ICFAI science and technology which is the acronym for the ATIT, is a pre engineering test conducted by the federation of the Universities for students seeking admissions for students seeking admissions into the 5 years full time B.Tech program. ATIT is taken for providing the admission to five ICFAI tech campuses located at Bhubaneshwar, Bangalore, Jaipur, Dehradun and Hyderabad. It has been ranked among the top 25 private engineering colleges in India. 

ATIT eligibility criteria

Educational qualifications

The students securing 60% at least marks in aggregate in class X as well as 60% and above marks in aggregate at 10+2 plus level or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects in English medium of instruction are eligible to take this test. The class XII students who are awaiting their reply can also apply. 

ATIT exam dates

The ATIT examination is normally held in the month of May every year. The candidates applying for the examination will be offered admissions into the B.tech programs based on their scores in JEE (Main)/state level/other national level engineering college tests (2015). 

How to apply ATIT

Those who are aspiring students can apply by one of the following methods.

1.       OMR application form- applicants are required to fill up the OMR application from enclosed and send across the application form to the ATIT office, Hyderabad.
2.       Online application – applicants are required to filling up the application form available at the link : http://www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit/online_registration.html. and make the payment through online credit card/debit card.
3.       Download of application form- applicants can download the application form from the website www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit . Complete the application form and send it across to the admissions officer along with a demand draft of Rs.700 towards the cost. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of “IFHE A/C ATIT” payable at Hyderabad. 

ATIT exam fee

The ATIT exam fee is said to be Rs.700 but the candidates are advised to confirm themselves before taking up the application form. 

ATIT exam centres

The applicants can select up to 92 test centres available at ATIT. The list of all the test centres is provided in the application material.

ATIT Exam pattern

The ATIT will be an objective type of multiple choice questions paper 12th standard. The complete duration of the test is for 3 hours. The answers have to be marked at the designed mark sheet (OMR sheet) provided at the time of the admission test.
