MMST programme
imparts engineering skills to medical professionals and trainthem for the
state-of-the-art medical research in frontier areas of Medical Imaging,and
Image Analysis, Molecular Imaging, Biomaterials and Implants,
BiomedicalInstrumentation, Early Detection of Cancer, Immuno-technology,
RecombinantDNA Technology, Biomedical Simulation, Reproductive Biology, Wound
researchand so on. After the completion of this course the medical
professionals become wellequipped to fill the void that separates the medical
sciences from advanced technology.
Duration & Stipend for MMST
Admissions 2016:
The program is
of 3 years duration with an assistantship of Rs. 25,000/- permonth. The
selected candidates have to render 10 hours per week of service toB.C. Roy
Technology Hospital of the institute.
The selection
procedure for the MMST 2016 Admissions is strictly based on the candidate’s
performance with the examination.
Important Dates for IITKG MMST 2016:
The application for
MMST-2016 is to be submitted ONLINE from 29th March 2016to 22nd April 2016.
Hard copy of application is NOT required.
The date of MMST
2016 Admission Exams is conducted by 28thMay 2016 between 10AM to
12PM (noon).
Application Fees:
ü The application
fee is Rs.1500/-for GE/OBC Male/Transgender
ü Rs.750/- for all
Female/PwD/SC/ST Candidates.
ü The fee has to
be paidonline.
ü The application
fee is non-refundable.
